Cruise Description

A former World War II military base, this cactus-dotted island is now home to the region's main airport, and the port of departure on your Galapagos vacation.

Daphne is a satellite volcanic cone located north of Santa Cruz Island.

With its sandy beach and black rock, blue-water grottos this stop offers a taste of Galapagos geology and some great snorkeling.

The landscapes of this small island are visually stunning. It’s the top of an old volcanic cone bathed in crimson.

A prized stop along Isabela’s coastline. It is a sheltered inlet and one of the westernmost points in the Galapagos.

Search along the cove for names carved in to the rock by pirates and whalers of days past, then hike past Darwin Lake inside an extinct volcano on a bird watching expedition.

Covered by a layer of flowing lava during a volcanic eruption in the early 1900's, the now hardened fields of black rock in this area of Santiago are a geologic wonderland.

Bartolome Island hosts one of the regions most often photographed views and a spectacular geologic setting.

Las Bachas, (Santa Cruz)This is also one of the largest nesting areas of the Pacific Green Sea Turtle in the Galapagos.

North Seymour is a small island just north of Baltra. It is home to the largest colony of frigate birds in the Galapagos.

Here we have the opportunity to visit the small waterfront town of Puerto Baquerizo, the administrative capital of the islands.

Hike up to the cliff top for sweeping views of the island's barren peaks and the beach below. Punta Pitt is the only place in the Galapagos where you can find all three species of Booby seabirds in one spot.

Santa Cruz is the second-largest island in the Galapagos and home to Puerto Ayora (the largest town in the islands).
